LIABILITY BetVictor

will not be liable for any losses arising out of a failure by you to comply with these Terms and Conditions, nor will BetVictor have any responsibility if the Service is interrupted, delayed or suspended due to reasons beyond our control.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We may update and modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms and Conditions each time you access the Service to ensure that you are aware of all terms applicable to your use of the Service.

Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions will not be considered a waiver of that right or provision and does not operate as a release of other rights under these Terms and Conditions which shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
